The agent plans in a safe order: redaction first, then flattening, hidden properties and page numbers, with size reduction last. Redaction finds the words you name and turns those pages into images with the words blacked out, and it is only accepted when your request asks to hide something; size reduction likewise needs you to ask for a smaller file. Both need a second confirmation before they run.
- Describe what to hide, remove or add, and choose the document.
- Select Plan steps and check the areas outlined for redaction in the preview.
- Approve each step, confirming redaction and size reduction a second time.
