Extract data from invoices
Handy for bookkeeping or expense claims. Every value is shown next to the page it came from, and superPDF looks for it in the document, leaving a field empty when it isn’t there rather than trusting a guess. Line amounts, subtotal, tax and total are checked against each other, and a batch exports as one CSV row per invoice.
- Choose one or more invoice or receipt PDFs and select Read invoices.
- Review each invoice, open the page references and correct anything wrong.
- Download the CSV files for invoices and line items, or JSON.
