superPDF reads where each piece of text sits and splits rows into columns at the gaps, so tables need clear space between columns rather than grid lines. Amounts written like 1,250.00 or (40) become real numbers with a matching format, while codes with leading zeros stay as text. A table that continues on the next page is joined into one.
- Choose a PDF; scanned files need OCR PDF first.
- Enter pages if you only want some, and choose whether each table or each page gets its own sheet.
- Select Convert to Excel and open the .xlsx in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
