Good for reusing the words of a PDF: lines are joined back into paragraphs, and every page of the PDF begins on a fresh page in Word. It copies text only, so layout, fonts, pictures and tables don’t come across, and headings look like normal paragraphs. A scanned PDF has no text to copy until you run OCR PDF on it.
- Choose a PDF with selectable text.
- Select Convert to Word.
- Download the .docx and tidy up headings and spacing in your editor.
