Add page numbers
Add page numbers to a PDF
The label can say anything you like, with {page} replaced by each page’s number and {total} by the page count, so “Draft, page {page}” works as a running footer. Put it at the top for a header or at the bottom for a footer. Leave Pages empty to label every page, or type a range such as 2-20 to skip a cover page.
- Choose a PDF.
- Type the label text and pick top or bottom.
- Select Add page numbers and download the numbered PDF.
