Edit a PDF
Click text on the page to retype it, click anywhere to add new text in the size, colour and font you choose, or select a picture and put a PNG or JPEG in its place. Edited text is painted over the old words rather than rewriting them, so the original stays inside the file; use Redact PDF on that spot if it must be gone. Paragraphs don’t reflow, and a longer replacement is shrunk to fit unless you untick that option.
- Choose a PDF and select Edit PDF to show the first page.
- Pick Edit text, Add text or Replace image, then click on the page.
- Select Save changes and download the edited PDF.
