Annotate PDF

Annotate a PDF

Drag a box on the page and turn it into a highlight, underline, strike-out, rectangle or note. The marks are saved as ordinary PDF comments, so Acrobat, Preview and browser viewers show them, and anyone can move or delete them later. A highlight marks the exact box you draw, not whole words, and boxes can also be placed and resized with the keyboard.

  1. Choose a PDF and select Add mark-up to open its pages.
  2. Pick a type and colour, then drag over the area you want to mark.
  3. Select Add mark-up again and download the annotated file.
