PowerPoint to PDF
Convert PowerPoint to PDF
Handy for sending a deck to someone without PowerPoint, or for printing handouts. Each slide becomes a page at the slide’s own size, with text, pictures and tables where you placed them, while speaker notes, animations, charts and SmartArt are not included. Text uses standard PDF fonts, so look closely at slides with tightly packed text boxes.
- Choose a .pptx or .odp presentation.
- Select Convert to PDF and wait while each slide is laid out.
- Download the PDF and flip through it for any text that moved.
