Flatten a PDF form
After a form is filled in, flattening fixes the typed values into the page, so they print and display the same in every reader. The fields stop being editable, so keep an unflattened copy if you might need to change an answer. It works on standard form fields and leaves comments and the rest of the page as they are.
- Choose a filled-in PDF form.
- Select Flatten PDF.
- Download the flattened copy, and keep the original in case you need to edit it.
