Repair a damaged PDF
Files cut short during a download or saved by faulty software often have a broken index of where each page lives. Repair reads the file, rebuilds that structure and writes a clean copy, then lists the problems it found or says no damage was found. Content that is missing from the file can’t be brought back.
- Choose the PDF that won’t open properly.
- Select Repair PDF.
- Read what was fixed and download the repaired copy.
