Check and fix PDF accessibility
Screen readers need a tagged PDF with a title, a language and descriptions for its images. This tool finds what is missing, adds tags to simple text documents, and asks you to describe each picture or mark it as decorative. It checks again afterwards and lists what still needs work, such as scanned pages that need OCR PDF.
- Choose a PDF, keep check and fix (or pick check only), and select Check and fix.
- Confirm the title and language, and write a short description for each image.
- Select Apply fixes and download the PDF and the report.
