Quickstart

Open a document, arrange pages, use a tool and save the result.

Open a document

Select Open documents on the home page or in the app, then choose PDFs or JPG/PNG images. You can also drag files onto the editor, or select Try a sample to explore with a generated document.

No file size or page limit. Everything runs on your device, so very large files are fastest on a computer. To open a password-protected PDF, remove the password with Protect & unlock PDF first.

Arrange pages in the editor

  1. Every page appears as a thumbnail. Drag thumbnails to reorder them.
  2. Select pages to rotate or delete them, or move them with Move left and Move right. Undo reverses the last change.
  3. Add page numbers or a text watermark from the finishing panel.
  4. Name the document and select Export PDF. You can export every page or only the selected pages.

Use a tool

Open a category in the app sidebar, such as PDF Essentials, or press ⌘ K (Ctrl K on Windows) to search all tools. Each tool asks for a document and its options, runs in your browser and offers the result as a download.

Your document library

My documents keeps the PDFs you open in this browser so you can come back to them. Nothing is synced to other devices. See Privacy and storage to learn how to clear it.
