PDF workflows

Reuse a sequence of document operations.

Saves a sequence of up to 10 document operations and runs it on any PDF in one go.

How to use it

  1. Open PDF workflows and choose a PDF.
  2. Build the steps: select Add step, pick an operation for each (rotate, extract or delete pages, crop, scale, flatten forms, add page numbers, add a watermark or clear metadata) and enter its pages or value. Steps run in order.
  3. Select Run pipeline. Every step runs on the PDF in turn, and the finished file is offered as a download.

Output

One PDF with every step applied. The steps are saved in this browser for next time.

Workflow format (JSON)

Each step names an action and its options. The PDF CLI runs the same format with superpdf pipeline.

Limits

No file size or page limit. Everything runs on your device, so very large files are fastest on a computer.

Privacy

Runs in your browser. Your files are processed on your device and never uploaded.
